Once there were twelve of them, but four lost their lives. And each subsequent death was more tragic than the previous one. People in the surrounding settlements are even gossiping that the family is cursed by the gods. Enneli, one of the Tavmantok sisters, also increasingly suspects that these deaths are not accidental. What disturbs her even more is that every night her sisters magically make their way to lavish balls and dance there until dawn. The girl is not sure whether to stop them, because she herself has joined in the forbidden fun more than once. However, how can she find out who or what they are actually dancing with?
