In it, I talk about the traditions of Polish Easter celebrated in my home, the customs connected to preparing an Easter basket and decorating eggs pisanki. You will also find out how we celebrate Easter Monday (śmingus-dyngus) and most importantly, recipes of dishes that we prepare for each day of Easter celebrations.

Every recipe is accompanied by a large photograph and simple and clear, step-by-step instructions. Recipe ingredients are listed in metric and imperial measurements.
