Dalia Munoz returns to her hometown of Lake Wisteria after a painful breakup with her fianc. She is a well-known TV presenter and interior designer who is trying to rebuild her career and personal life. Her path crosses with Julian Lopez, with whom Dalia has had a tense relationship for a long time. Julian has his own reasons for avoiding Dalia, but his mother resorts to trickery to force her son and Dalia to join forces. Together, they undertake the restoration of an old house, which promises a large profit. This collaboration forces them to remember past grievances and hidden feelings.
